About the Role |
As one of our Inspectors, you will travel throughout Wales, offering advice on how education and training providers can develop and improve. You’ll then report on the standards achieved by the learners, the quality of education and training provided and the effectiveness of the provider’s leadership and management. You will work both as a specialist in your own subject, aspect or sector and more generally across a range of sectors. You’ll also have opportunities to influence national policies through providing expert professional advice and to promote improvement through spreading the best practice that we see across the system. Ultimately, the advice and recommendations you give will influence the future of learning right across the country. This is an influential role within education and training, so we look specifically for candidates who show the rigour and commitment to improve standards for learners. |
